Careers at VMC Fort Mill

About Our Practice

Our practice is AAHA accredited, Cat Friendly Certified, and fully embraces Fear Free!  Better yet we are 100% privately owned.  We are on the forefront of the Fear Free movement, and we are the first and only Fear Free Certified Practice in South Carolina!  VMC founder, Dr. Julie Reck, speaks nationally about successful implementation of Fear Free in general practice, leadership development, and building staff engagement.  VMC has all the technology bells and whistles, but more importantly we have an AMAZING staff and a well structured management/leadership system.

Education is at the core of our culture.  We invest in many opportunities for our staff to grow and develop both personally and professionally.  We host educational seminars for our clients that focus on pet care topics which permits our doctors to focus on the medicine in the exam room.  In 2019, we will be opening our adjacent building as an educational center allowing us to host training and socialization classes.

  • We are looking for the person in this position to be a role model, who is ethical, positive, and accountable for their own actions, and serves to improve the skills and abilities of those around them.

We have the flexibility to consider a variety of options including part time or full time hours for the ideal associate.  We offer an array of benefits including excellent group health insurance, 401K with match, and paid time off.  In addition, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees; we encourage and reimburse continuing education opportunities.
