Your pet’s ongoing care matters.
One part of comprehensive preventative care is having a physical exam on a regular basis, no matter what age your pet may be. It’s simple and cost-effective. Detecting changes or signs of disease early on is the key to a healthy pet. A nose-to-tail examination by one of our veterinarians can identify problems before clinical signs are visible.
Pets age five to seven years for every one of ours, making semi-annual and yearly physicals even more necessary than our own. A lot can change in that amount of time. Therefore, we strongly recommend annual vaccinations and semi-annual wellness examinations for pets as they age. This ensures that your pet receives the best preventative medicine and that any problems with their health can be addressed early. Wellness exams include heartworm and internal parasite screening; our veterinarian may also recommend a blood profile, urinalysis, and electrocardiogram to monitor your loved one’s health.
Healthy Start Puppy and Kitten Packages
It’s essential to start them with a solid foundation of preventative care and nutrition. Puppies and kittens need a significant amount of veterinary care to make sure they grow into healthy and happy adults. We understand that it is overwhelming to be offered 30 different recommendations, so we created our simple and complete puppy and kitten packages. This includes examinations, vaccinations, parasite checks, three months of parasite prevention, and a phenomenal discount on your pet’s spay or neuter. Click here for a full look at our packages. Several follow-up visits will be needed to complete their puppy and kitten vaccines, during which time their development will be monitored.
