Acupuncture is a treatment that originated in China thousands of years ago.
Acupuncture is a helpful therapy for many conditions that involve inflammation or loss of function. Acupuncture combines the knowledge and wisdom of Eastern Medicine to treat a variety of ailments via very small needles that are inserted at precise acupuncture points for about 20 minutes. It is amazing how relaxed most pets are during their needle insertion and throughout the acupuncture appointments. Dr. Gamboni has gone through extensive training and received certification from the Chi Institute. She will conduct an initial acupuncture consultation where she will create a customized plan to determine which acupuncture points to treat and the frequency a pet should receive treatments. Acupuncture treatments can be purchased in a package format to enhance savings.
