The vet and technician took a great deal of time to find out what the issues were with Lily Pad. They were understanding and genuinely concerned about her condition. They also patiently answered all of my questions (of which there were many) and prepared an estimate of all potential procedures that they recommended. There were no surprises with respect to the bill. Also, I was given paper copies of all of her medical records before I left the office so that my daughter would be able to give them to her local vet. Finally, after we left the office, I realized that I forgot to ask what type of diet and food they thought best for Lily Pad. I called and the technician consulted with the Vet and he called me back the same day with the recommendation. It was a very good experience for Lily Pad and me. She is happy and healthy and together we gave a stray kitty a good home.
